Please note that due to unforeseen circumstances that meeting dates and locations are subject to change.  Confirmation of each meeting will be sent via email 2 weeks prior to each meeting.  Any changes will also be posted on this site. Also, if schools are closed due to inclement weather, any event to be held that day will also be cancelled.

September 18 - 23, 2010 - Cruise to benefit MD C.O.P.S.  Please view http://www.changesinlatitudecruises.com/rw/view/739  for more information or contact Donna and Dale Petty at 1-877-668-9562.
 

October 22-24, 2010 - MD COPS Annual Ocean City Seminar and Annual Business Meeting.  Seminar will be held at the Grand Hotel located at 2100 Baltimore Avenue, Ocean City, Maryland.  MD C.O.P.S. will cover the cost of the hotel rooms for those that attend the weekend and participate in the provided seminars.  Please contact the Grand Hotel directly at 1-800-447-6779 to reserve your room.  Please let them know that you are part of  Concerns of Police Survivors when booking.  You will be required to give the hotel a credit card number when you reserve your room.  Your credit card will only be charged if you do not attend the weekend and do not contact the hotel to cancel your reservation.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the credit card policy or if providing a credit card number to the hotel poses a problem for you, please contact one of the MD C.O.P.S. Executive Board members for assistance.  You also must complete the on-line registration form for MD C.O.P.S. so that we know the names of all participants.
